I must be misinterpreting what I am reading. I thought he was under control through 2022. Regardless I would definitely do the trade you mention.

I don't see that happening. Rodgers didn't mention WFT as one of his possible destinations, granted through the rumors.. In fact, it doesn't seem like Watson, Wilson and Rodgers would be willing to consider WFT as their next team. I think we should not hold any hope for this type of trade this offseason.

I expect everyone to have a mock draft up by Christmas! Need to see some new names to study.

I want to like Ridder, but I'm not impressed. He gets so many stats on quick tosses to wide open guys. Very curious to see him against Bama.

I agree with what you are saying but I don't think he has the talent around him to be able judge him fairly against a powerhouse like Alabama.
Wouldn't mind him in the second but not sure he will last that long. If quarterbacks slide, it is going to be interesting at the start of day 2 of the draft

Malik Willis and Carson Strong will muddy the water further, I don't want either of them but hope that a couple of front offices fall in love with them and let other guys slip

Ridder is kinda like a Josh Allen, big arm can move some just not as accurate.. I'd take him tho

The one thing they say does not improve from college to pro is accuracy. If he is inaccurate now he will continue to be

Yeah I mean Allen got somewhat better and is now a stud but he's a rare exception.

Re: The Too Soon 2022 NFL Draft Thread

I want nothing to do with Malik Willis. He comes from a suspect program that plays borderline competition. Didn't we draft a bif wide receiver out of Liberty 2 yeas ago? How has that worked out? I agree that we need a QB but we should not waste a first round pick on a prospect as marginal as Willis.
