Only Peyton Manning has even comparable anythings to this guy, and Manning's playing in the most passing dominant NFL in history.

i know this thread isnt about who i think is #1, but i realy belive that fran tarkenton is because he played from 1961-1978 and he racked up 47000 yards passing, 342 tds, and 266 ints, and basically invented scrambling
