He’s already been back in the Chiefs building, he helped them prep for Baltimore

James Palmer
@JamesPalmerTV

The Commanders gave EB permission to do this BTW.

Valdes-Scantling said they used to tune EB out cause he yelled all the time but he realized he missed him seeing him again…lol that’s a wild thing to say about your coach..basically they paid him no mind.

Andy Reid has always been willing to bring in a player that other teams wouldn't and he's always had tough coaches like EB and Duce Staley.
Valdes-Scantling had a shit year with lots of drops. The guy probably slacked off with EB out of the pictures.

I'm wondering why EB took the OC/Ass.HC job.
Losing owner with lame ass HC. Maybe he was promised HC job when RR contract ends?

because he literally had zero other options

EB is basically andy's life long bitch and for other teams to check off the rooney rule; that is his calling in life

Re: Eric Bieniemy

One thing EB has to realize is players are the most valuable asset. Not him. He's a disposal piece to the puzzle. You have to be able to change if you want to stay in the NFL. Doesn't mean you can't coach players hard but I think it goes beyond that w/ him.

Re: Eric Bieniemy

If andy can't promote inside the org, people start grumbling. he needed EB to move on so he could move some other people up.
