Perfect summary of our search for a QB for about 30 years:

2024 Early Bird Draft Thread
Espn nfl home page has a link to a mock draft I have not tried yet. They have a light speed option and give you the percentage that the player you drafted will be there at that spot, and what the percentage is he would have been there at the next stop. Hard to take a snapshot of the finished draft but it is what Ill be doing for the next couple hours.
Basically talking to you SD. Lol Check out my Commanders draft! Create your own with the ESPN Analytics free NFL Mock Draft Simulator. https://www.espnanalytics.com/draft-sim |

Re: 2024 Early Bird Draft Thread
I'm all for it. Come out of the 1st with a QB and a T it's already a B draft without making another pick.

Re: 2024 Early Bird Draft Thread
I'm very torn on trading up. I am thinking more long term than just next season and this is a deep draft, with such a solid group of talent evaluators I don't want them giving up picks. The pick they surrender could end up being a Pro Bowl safety or guard. But in thinking long term obviously protecting and developing your rookie QB is a priority, thus why I am torn on the idea.

Re: 2024 Early Bird Draft Thread
The thing to keep in mind about trading back into the 1st round is, not just that you're getting a superior player, you are also getting 1-more year with the pick on a rookie contract. That's a big plus.

Re: 2024 Early Bird Draft Thread
I'm really hoping for a desperate team when we're on the clock at 36 (if we are).
Would love one of those 3rd this year 1st next year for a high 2nd type deals you see once in a while.
