If he was only a Tackle, it would be great to say we had a Mahogany bookend 😁

Punch, if I could I would vote for you to conduct our draft. That is a GREAT draft you just posted. Loaded from end to end.

Re: 2024 Early Bird Draft Thread

Hadn't tried a draft yet where I traded back-up into the 1st round. Traded with Seattle to get to No. 16.

^^^^^

Getting J.D. anywhere after No. 2 is a great draft. By default, that wins an A.

Lol. Kiper loves Rosengarten. Said if he stayed in school he would be a top 15 pick next year. Dude is a mauler. I would like to get a couple Tackles. One earlier and land him somewhere in the third.

Re: 2024 Early Bird Draft Thread

Daniels went 1st in this draft. I didn't refresh or anything, 1st draft of the day, and that's just how it went.

McConkey imo poises a problem at 36, if he even makes it there.

My mocks I’ve been brainstorming, if he is there you take him over best available OT, TE, CB, IOL, secondary, etc.

He would be the best available player. And WR is a massive need

He is but i feel like all those other positions trump wr at need. Especially if Jahan can get going. He is a huge x factor going forward. Im taking any of those other positions if they are even remotely close in bpa though.
We need two good tackles and a guard so number two mystery man Daniels doesn’t suffer the same fate as Sam.

I gotta feeling we are gonna take a tackle who gonna seem like a reach and probably won’t be at 36 but at 40.

Also feel like we are gonna take a TE, but gonna be in the 3rd round, not 2nd.

I’d also would watch RB in the 3rd round, specifically MarShawn Lloyd

Overall, it’s gonna be an Offensive draft. Feel like a CB could be taken in second/third. But it’s gonna be get the QB at 2 and then surround him with guys to grow immediately on the offensive side.
