Braves are a good comparison to Cowboys too. they both suck @$$ in the playoffs.

Nah, the Yankees win championships regularly.

Re: MLB 2013 Season

You know whats great for all you Red Sox/Cardinals Haters or people who just don't like Baseball in general fans, the World Series this year is going to be going head to head with the NFL and College Football 4 of the 7 nights they are scheduled to play.

Game 1 is Wednesday
Game 2 is Thursday (Same as College Football game of the week and Thursday Night Football)
Game 3 is Saturday (Same as College Football)
Game 4 is Sunday (Same as the NFL)

[Assuming its necessary]

Game 5 is Monday Night (Same as Monday Night Football)
Game 6 is Wednesday (NBA season starts up)
Game 7 is Thursday (Thursday Night Football and CFB Game of the Week)

There is a very good chance this could be the least watched World Series in recent memory.

I know I am in the minority, but I will watch a baseball game anyday over a random football game. If the Skins aren't playing I don't really watch with the exception of the playoffs.

Seriously rough start. I also can't stomach watching a team my O's owned in the regular season hoisting the World Series trophy. Plus the Boston mayor is a raging idiot.

Re: MLB 2013 Season

Matt was a GREAT hitter back in the day, I remember him with the Giants and D-Backs. He had 142 RBIs one year.

I have no idea if he can coach.
