You know what that means, right? Dallas/NJ/Philly's schedules are all tougher because they play us twice.

Are tickets already on sale? Might need to go to the Skins / Chargers game on Jan 3rd.

Re: Washington Redskins 2009 Schedule

It must be the offseason because this is a nuts thread.

Every year half of the playoff teams from the previous year fail to make it again. The fact of life in the National Parity League is that every year teams come out of nowhere to be good and teams who look tough implode. Every year talented teams underachieve and untalented teams overachieve.

No one knows who will be injured, and when.

And notice that the draft has not even occurred, so we don't even know about talent levels yet.

The point: none of us have a solid idea of who will be good and who will be bad, so rating the schedule now is an exercise in complete futility.

Norv totally ownes us. He beat us when he was coaching Oak. and he beat us when he was OC of San Diego during Marty's 1st year. I bet we lose that game and Danny Boy will be Norv's bitch one more time.

Hey man, for the hours, days, weeks, and months we put in to work with the league, teams, cities, other networks, other events on the schedule...we damn well better hype it up!

Seriously though, it is pretty over the top. But people watch it and it helps fulfill certain obligations.

I actually missed the whole show last night (don't tell anyone)

I agree. I know that game is eight and a half months away, but I don't like the looks of week 17.

It'll be Revenge of the Norv part II. Or part III depending on how you look at it.

I am certainly planning to attend the Skins / Chargers game on Jan 3rd! Hopefully I can find good seats at a price that won't kill me!
So all of you projecting wins and losses...be sure to pencil in a win for the last week of the season!
