I almost updated it at 3:00 a.m. I finally fell asleep sometime after 6:00 a.m. The alarm went off at 7:10. Pretty brain dead right now.

Thursdays kinda grind my gears. So close to Friday, yet so far away.

Indeed. And yet since I am now working Tues-Sat instead of Mon-Fri, Friday's will be the new Thursdays for me. I don't know if it's just me but it seems everything is bad on Thursdays. The traffic is worse on Thursdays (almost as bad as Friday afternoon's) people are crankier (me included), and more things go wrong.

Re: What REALLY grinds your gears?

I always take the stairs, two steps at a time for extra calf work. My office is on the top floor (4 floors).

I also always beat the elevator people upstairs.

So do you get your extra bicep work for all the pats on the back you give yourself on here? Right?

Honestly if we had a coworker here that did what you just described in the stairwells; he/she would be the butt of many jokes. Just picturing someone in business attire doing that makes me laugh.

Here comes Skippy!

I'm not even mad.

Who's going to mock me, the lady that looks pregnant for the last 10 years or the one who broke her office chair?

Plus would it not be more of a workout to take every step vs. skipping some?

Nope. More resistance to push up further...feel the calves burn.
