I heard on Sheehan's pod that Haskins went to high school with Dan's kid.

Mhm. Rumor has it that they were best friends and Dan's kid is going to throw a hissy fit if the Skins don't draft him.

This was mentioned a few months ago but I've also heard that no they were not friends, they just went to the same HS.

do not be surprised if they take a tackle and play him at guard for a few years... maybe replaces Morgan or Trent when they get hurt

Of course, reason dictates he has said something similar to every team he has met with.

With the current state of the Redskin offense, Aaron Rodgers or Drew Brees would look average behind center.

I don't think that's necessarily true. Redskins have one of best Oline (when healthy), Brees and Rodgers can do a lot of damages when they have time to throw regardless who receivers are.

Isn't this the same guy that wore an Elway jersey to meet with the Broncos? Not sure he really wants to be in DC

Per BMitch "Colt has had another procedure on his leg, expected to miss OTAs"

Shit he and Alex both may never play again..

Which is why I say if they are really high on a QB, and that guy is available at 15, or they can trade back a couple picks and get him, I'm good with that. Thing is, there are no sure things with any of these QBs as is the case pretty much every year, but if their guy is there, they should grab him. I won't hate them for that. If he doesn't work out long term, that sucks, but that's just part of the gamble with drafting QBs early.

Watched haskins enough to know I'd rather have a monster coming off the edge and keep building a nasty D.... Get Brett rypien in the 3rd or 4th but keep building the team with young depth... But... No one knows what will happen or how shit will work out.

I hope I'm wrong, but I wouldn't be surprised if we trade up. I just cringe when I hear that we have talked to the jets. We need to trade back and get more picks not trade up and give them up. I think we should either give a 2 for Rosen (if available) and trade down in the first to pick up a 2.
