Cowboys now expect to trade Tony Romo to Broncos or Texans, sources say. Broncos talking with Jets about Trevor Siemian.

But yeah, we're the only dysfunctional team with problems in the league.
No. We are not. However, we clearly are one and have been one since Lil' Dan took over. I swear to all that's holy, this team is trying to drive its fans away. When it comes to this team, I am just dead inside.

Yeah, there's really no excuse to lose Baker for that money. Unless he just hated it in Washington for whatever reason.

Not really getting the angst over Baker either. Above average player and good dude but people acting like we lost a stud.

when i saw what we signed mcclain for, i figured baker was going to get something over $8m/year at least. my angst is generated by the fact that we signed a replacement for $5m/year.

we lost a stud (for a d lineman in the $6m/year range).

I think it is more because he was the only one on our DL that could be considered a legitimate starter for an NFL team, so we are now at square 1. They'd better hope Lanier develops and actualizes all that potential they are seeing. Our D line was a weakness last season, and while there is obviously a lot of time to improve it (FA isn't over by any stretch, draft), we just took a step backwards.

I hate losing both DJax and Garcon, especially Garcon. Hate it. That's a lot to swallow. And it isn't as though we used the money they would have commanded to lock up Cousins, who apparently (per the news reports) asked Snyder for a trade. WTF, man. It leaves the impression that no one wants to stick around -- Garcon, Baker, Cousins are good character/locker room guys, and DJax was by all accounts here as well.
