I love how kahn is hardballing mjd, pretty much saying the team doesn't need him! Nice.. sorry but these players are getting ridiculous with the money they r asking for. Good for the jags

...and the owners aren't getting ridiculous with the money they are asking for? It's all relevant. The players are what make the game, not the owners.

Yeah I agree but come on these guys signed a contract right?? I mean if u signed a deal w your boss and then a year later ask for more money or you won't show up?? You'd be shown the door

The problem I have with this is that the owner can cut the players at any time so why shouldn't they be able to hold out? If these contracts were guaranteed money, I would agree with you 100%. I will say this, it does irk me when a guy signs a 4-5 year deal and wants to renegotiate after 2 years into the contract.(and not talking about rookie contracts) I can see if it's your last year going into that contract, but if you are holding out after 2 years into your new contract, chances are you need a better agent.

Denarius Moore is a stud (hurt at the moment) and Rod Streater (rookie) is looking pretty solid.

Define a stud? Idk moores numbers from last year but I wouldn't say he's that reliable yet

He was an impressive rookie:

Give me Moore: NFL.com’s Steve Wyche believes Oakland Raiders wideout Denarius Moore is “someone to keep an eye on.” Though the Tennessee product had only 33 receptions in his rookie campaign, as Wyche points out, those receptions resulted in “618 yards and five touchdowns. That’s 18.7 yards a catch.” Moore’s success can be directly attributed to the arrival of quarterback Carson Palmer. In the six games played before Palmer took the helm, Moore amassed just 208 yards and two touchdowns, averaging 16 yards per catch. In seven games with the veteran under center, Moore racked up 410 yards and three touchdowns, averaging 20.5 yards per catch. Now that Moore and Palmer will have had a full offseason to work on their chemistry, he is on the list of second-year wideouts fantasy football owners should target. No, sorry, the game itself..is what makes the game.Owners come and go ,there are good ones and bad one ....same with players but it's the game itself,that keeps people coming back.If a pro game isn't on or during the lockout I'd watch a college game ,actually I like a good high school game over a college game myself.
