I don't see any discussion about that. I thought nobody saw it since there was no discussion about it or thread mentioning it where I posted my thread. I see no response to you mentioning it what so ever. They do talk about Moss's contract however in detail. What discussion because I want to see what folk think about it. Where is that discussion so I can read what everyone was discussing? You sure anyone saw that? No wonder I didn't know it was already posted. Certainly wouldn't want to repeat any discussion about that again. My apologies for the double post just the same. Last edited by Sonny9TD; 11-20-2013 at 11:40 AM. |

I just think people need to remember that losing brings out the worst in everybody. RGIII isn't immune to that either. You need to remember - RGIII is a young pup and this is probably the first time he's had to face such adversity when it comes to football. He needs to learn how to deal with it - that's the only way he becomes a better player. He has the tools and the brains. Give him time. He is a franchise quarterback.

I think this rough season could be a good thing for Griffin in the long run. Everyone needs a reality check sometimes.

Agreed. A dose of reality this year. Next year another weapon or two, better blocking, improved coaching/scheme/play-calling.

It is still six games left. If they had of pulled out the Minnesota game and the last minute come back Sunday, RG3 would be looked at as a god again.

Do You Unequivocally Believe RG3 Is Our Franchise QB?
Really? They were 2-14 the year before he took over. People were saying Manning should win the mvp and he didnt even play! Lol. The team obviously had lackluster talent on both sides of the ball minus Manning. Insert Luck and they go from 2 wins back to the playoffs for consecutive years. Give the guy some credit.

Re: Do You Unequivocally Believe RG3 Is Our Franchise QB?
if you look at the numbers, Alex Smith has been below average everywhere except QB Wins and TD vs Turnovers. I think Andy goes QB in the draft early this year

No of course not, and if Luck played they dont win two either. They had no defense and were far from competitive. Ive seen other teams with garbage qb play not be absolute trainwrecks. 2-14? Not sure you can say a 2-14 team has the pieces around to be a playoff team no matter who is playing qb. RexBeck was a better team. Lol. Im saying Manning and Luck are that good - they both put lackluster teams (2-14) on their backs and made them playoff teams.

Edit: ill also say ....again.... That the chiefs are highly overrated. Look at who they have beat - its garbage. They will benefit from an extremely weak schedule and get into the playoffs - and get knocked out of the first round. Luck beat the broncos. Smith - with a better D and better run game - did not. If you watched the Colts vs Broncos game those two defenses were worlds apart. The Colts were killing Peyton Manning repeatedly. The Chiefs didn't even touch Manning once. The Chiefs defense played well, but the Colts defense held Manning to 13 points into the 4th quarter. I don't think you can use one game to compare the two because Luck has been terrible a time or two this season as well. I think Andrew Luck is better than Alex Smith, I just do not buy into him being the sole reason that team went from 2-14 to a playoff team. That team was talented with players like Robert Mathis and Reggie Wayne (who is now out), but they needed a good coach and at least a decent QB. Plus the Indy organization is one of the best organizations in football, that isone of the most important factors when it comes to young QBs. Can you say the same about the Skins? To me right now the "rankings" of young QBs 1) Russell Wilson 2) Andrew Luck 3) Cam Newton 4) RG3/Kaep I obviously think this will change but I am just going off what I have seen thus far. |
