We picked him up when Moss and Hank got injured I think. Some old Texan's fodder. But he's been pretty solid.

This is one of those sticking points for me...

We had a top-10 defense before Shanny and Haslett got here... but the problem, supposedly, was not enough turnovers....

Well now here we are with a NEAR top-10 but with how many turnovers?? Ummm... I know I don't see many every week.

I refuse to say that our defense has improved since they got here. Yes, more sacks... but not "much improved"

LOL... not "hatting" ... Just saying that I don't think our defense is vastly improved or anything from the years with Greg Williams, etc.

I am sick of seeing no turnovers .. ever.

If we had left the 4-3 defense the same and strictly focused on offense since the Shannys got here... I believe we'd be better off.

They've had their problems on 3rd downs, but overall this defense is significantly better than last year. They still have a long way to go, but at least they're moving in the right direction. Can't really say that about the offense.

I still would like for Shanny to explain without any bs why he focused on the defense when: a. The team was notoriously terrible on offense and b. He WAS hired b/c he is an offensive guy.
