Re: Around the NFL Week 9

Carolina is looking pretty good, yeah, but I don't see them making the playoffs. They're basically competing with the Lions for the Wildcard spot and we have the easier remaining schedule by far.

Is it just me or does Oakland always have one game like this every year where they're totally unprepared to play and some clipboard stand gets a career day?

They have to play San Fran next, and then New England right after... Not to mention they have to play New Orleans twice.

They have to win at least two of those games in my opinion to make the playoffs, and win all their other games.

Russ is asked to do more and is more clutch than smith.

Re: Around the NFL Week 9

Russell Wilson to me is very similar to Tom Brady early in his career.

They both just find ways to win games, they might not have great stats but when you need that play, there is no one you would trust more to make it.

Re: Around the NFL Week 9

So with Foles performance today, do you think this is the end of Vick as eagles QB? I think Foles is their long time answer. He has had a few bad games, but he's been decent overall and has looked pretty good running the offense...

I'm sure Chip Kelly will insist on keeping Vick.

I agree, think Vick is done.

There's a lot of other teams that need someone at QB. Not that I like the dog torturer or anything.
