Re: Guilty Pleasures: Food
I'm not a cheeseburger guy, but I love a good old fashioned regular burger, and occasionally I go for a bacon burger, which is just delicious. I've had Five Guys' bacon burger, and that's probably the best I've ever had, but I don't eat there too often because they are mad expensive, last time I was there a regular bacon burger and a fry was 10 bucks.
One time me and a co-worker went to Ihop and I had a plain burger, topped with bacon and a sunny-side egg on it, and that was probably the most deliciously creative burger I've ever had. Once you bite into the egg and it makes the yolk run down and mix with the burger it was completely delicious. I only saw it at this one particular Ihop in Alexandria so I've never had it since then, but I would love to have another one eventually.

Re: Guilty Pleasures: Food
My guilty, and not always cheap, pleasure is to hit the food trucks in DC for lunch. Many are less healthy than others.
For anyone else who works downtown, here's the website to track them all (they have an app too): Food Truck Fiesta - a real-time automated DC food truck tracker with commentary. So far I've gotten to 43 of the over 100 trucks. My guilty pleasure right now is at the Pepe food truck (Spanish flauta sandwiches by Jose Andres). I get either the Iberico pork sandwich or the beef tenderloin sandwich and always the chocolate cookie sandwich filled with fresh hazlenut ice cream. Ridiculously good (and expensive). There are much cheaper options, too. I just can't figure out why I'm 20 lbs. overweight...

Bison burger (not talking sauce here but actual meat from a Bison) is another delicacy. It's the leanest most flavorfull ground burger I've ever had.

Re: Guilty Pleasures: Food
I've been to Red Robin. Nowhere near as good as Five Guys imo.

Plus it's usually like romper room in there. Very popular family joint. Not hating, but it does get loud and crazy in there at times.

Yeah but they have the egg burger that you were loving.

Speaking of deliciousness, anything with chicken/bacon/ranch on it. Aka the #5 on MCD's menu, and I've had Subway's chicken/bacon/ranch sub too. Very delicious.
