Re: Eagles Postgame DUB!!!

The remaining schedule.

@ Texans = WIN
V Falcons = WIN
@ NYG = Loss
v NYG = WIN
@ SF = LOSS
V BROWNS = WIN
V DAL = WIN (They will be in the playoffs already)

I say 10-7 which I originally had 9-8 so it would be even better.

Even if we drop one to CLE or DAL we will get in at 9-8

Re: Eagles Postgame DUB!!!

That bad snap that Taylor ran down and threw away was huge. Wentz would have never been able to do that.

But Jordan Davis being out was what made our run game click. We should be able to run on alot of teams but at some point we need to throw deep. Taylor just can’t do that unless Terry makes a circus grab. He underthrew Samuel so bad last night. Also wasn’t seeing open guys on several throws and telegraphed a few into double coverage. It is all gonna hedge on Turner putting him in good spots and that still scares me. Anyway they better not take Houston lightly. We lose next week and all good feelings are washed away. Its code red week every week because we started slow.

He would have picked it up and ran backwards another 10 yards before taking the sack.

Even with Davis out, those running yards were tough to earn. But the difference is that they stuck to it. I think this needs to be the blueprint.

That play was a Romo like play, it would have been sick if he picked it up and threw a first down lol. He's very limited we all know that and he's not the future but we need to keep him around as a QB2 after this yr. Wentz can go bye bye, yes he has a rocket arm but the dude makes horrible decisions and he's a statue now.

Getting ahead of yourself and setting yourself for disappointment? One game at a time. The key here is, did Turner learn anything tonight? Or will he go back to his pass happy, impatient offense? The key to this offense starts with the running game.Robinson is a rookie who was shot twice in one leg and is getting stronger and more comfortable the more he plays. He had a great game last night and will get better

I don't think so. You guys looked very good last night against a very good team! I said the Giants would get 7-8 wins so I'm happy. We are a still a few players short of making any real jump to the playoffs but you guys all you needed to do is dump Wentz and get healthy. To add I wouldn't count Dallas in there just yet.

Re: Eagles Postgame DUB!!!

My reason for optimism is that Brian Robinson is going to get better as he gets more games under his belt. I think he and Gibson are the 1-2 punch this team has sorely lacked, as well as Robinson being that surefire short yardage guy.

Robinson is a legit #1 back. Gibson spells him quite well. Samuel carrying the ball provides another excellent dimension. I would like to see Gibson get some more snaps at receiver if they are going to limit his carries. He was great doing that at Memphis. Lots of weapons.

Re: Eagles Postgame DUB!!!

after throwing away the vikings game (but playing pretty well defensively), it was nice to see them kind of put everything together.

Still have some issues, but this just looks like a much better team the last two weeks.

More Curtis Samuel. Every single time this year that the offense has looked really good and competent, Samuel has been part of the game plan. Keep his touches steady.
