Jenna Ellis, just another fucking grifter. She just raised over $200k prior to taking this plea deal to supposedly fight the charge. Fucking scammer with her fake ass tears and her smug shit eating grin mug shot.

Looks like abortion is a clear winner based off the early results from yesterday.

Congrats to the conservatives for retaining their stronghold in Mississippi.

Not sure about the Mississippi abortion law (it probably is extreme), but it is unfortunate that Youngkins' abortion law proposal is now dead. His proposal really is where the United States needs to go to get away from the extremes and lines up with most of the rest of the developed world.

Gotta admit this explains a lot when it comes to your posting history. But here you go:

noun. the industrialized and economically advanced countries of the world collectively. Also called: First World, Global North.

Actually that is not true. 95% of women in Europe live in countries that where abortion is available on request. I know there are term restrictions however the exemptions available in Europe essentially make all abortions available if needed. The 15 week proposal by Youngkin is so limiting it is farcical. If Republicans ever decide to get serious about reducing abortion and reducing late term abortions in particular, they need to first get serious about health care and reduction of poverty those are the two biggest driving factors in late term abortions in the United States despite most abortions being done by 13 weeks

Incorrect in most of Europe abortions only for serious life threatening reasons or non-viability of the fetus are permitted after 12-18 weeks (depending on the country) elective abortions after the designated limit are illegal. I guess you somewhat say this as well when you said "if needed." That would be the same as what Youngkin was pushing.

BTW I think I know where you got your DATA - was it from here? -

https://reproductiverights.org/wp-co...ive-review.pdf

It's a bit deceptive (probably for US political considerations)

"In the European Union (EU)
almost every country has
legalized abortion on request
or on broad social grounds."

(Until 12-18 Weeks) - is what they leave out until a few paragraphs down

"Some ( Actually most) )European countries’ laws
set the time limit for abortion on
request or broad social grounds
between 18-24 weeks (actually between 12-18 weeks in most ) of pregnancy,
whereas many set the limit around
the first trimester of pregnancy.
However, all these countries’ laws
also allow access later in pregnancy
in specific circumstances, such as
where a woman’s health or life is
at risk (This is the serious health /fetus nonviability bit). The standard practice across
Europe is to not impose time limits
on these grounds.....?

Again, Youngkin wanted to establish abortion policy in line with what most of Europe (Actually most of the world with very few exceptions) has.

No, it explains why you live in Arizona.

Ok I'm going to sound arrogant, but I'm going to lay the cards on the table. The impression I (and I'm fairly sure, everyone else in this forum -even the libs) get of you, from what and how you post is that you have a limited education base (the term developed world is really basic social studies knowledge and something that almost any high school grad would know) and that you are immature, which is reflected in your juvenile level attacks on other posters (the last 2 posts that you think are insulting to me are perfect examples of that).

Just something for you to reflect on in how you interact in this forum.
