Re: Redskins Free Agency Thread
Dumb. Just plain old dumb. Not worth the money at all. If we were going to pay that amount to a safety then I would have rather paid it to Mathieu. He is probably much more of a complete player and has better open field skills to cover TE's. Our front office seriously has the biggest hard on for Bama players that I have ever seen.

Re: Redskins Free Agency Thread
It doesn't work much period, in the NFL. Only in NE and that is largely due to Brady being Brady. If they had any other QB , that offense would not be as good.

Unless Snyder throws an insane amount of money his way and gives him total autonomy which seems highly unlikely. |

Total speculation, totally my opinion but I think there was something to the meeting he and Dan had this off-season. Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk

Re: Redskins Free Agency Thread
Team now has to focus on LG/EDGE rusher in the draft. (QB if they don't get Rosen)

Re: Redskins Free Agency Thread
Welcome to free agency, the initial signings are typically all overpaid. Nature of the beast.

Re: Redskins Free Agency Thread
And the initial reports are inflated (total contract money vs. actual guaranteed money).
