Kind scary that RGIII maybe following the same path.
Great piece on Cunningham. I think people forget just how good he was. He just couldn't seem to get over the hump. I think more than anything he suffered from not having good coaching. He could really throw it as good as anyone but never seemed to get the nuances down to be a great QB. If he were playing today he'd be down right scary running read option.

It's another must win game. Hopefully we play like our backs are up against the wall.

Re: Minnesota Game -- Predictions

I hope to see RG3 blow up this Thursday night. A 4 TD performance would be ideal. He's due for a multiple TD performance to get the critics off his back. He deserves some of the blame for his performance, but only a little of it. That's obvious after the film watch.

Not according to how the team has prepared and played. I mean, we didn't go on a run last season until our backs were up against the wall. Maybe we do it again, but I agree with what you're saying I think...why don't we play to our potential the whole damn season??

Re: Minnesota Game -- Predictions

It would be nice to see a laugher for once. A solid (no contest) win on the road against anybody would go a long way towards righting the ship. A loss would simply prove that this just isn't a good team.

I predict snow in Minnesota. Other than that, I have no clue. But I'm hopeful.

Re: Minnesota Game -- Predictions

At the midway point, this is how some player stats project through 16 games by doubling their season first-half numbers:

RGIII 362/600, 60.3%, 4338 yards, 18 TD, 18 INT, 80.0 qbr

Alfmo 266 rush, 1372 yards, 5.2 avg., 10 TD

Garcon 108 recs., 1368 yards, 4 TD
Reed 76 recs., 850 yards, 4 TD

Riley 136 tackles
Fletcher 130 tackles

Kerrigan 13 sacks
Orakpo 6 sacks
Cofield 5 sacks
defensive ends combined 0 sacks

DHall 6 ints.
Amerson 4 ints.

Reed is balling for a rookie. Alfmo, Garcon, and Kerrigan are just balling.
