Nice win by the Nats. Old guns came out today.

What a shitshow the O's are. Terry Crowley (hitting coach) needs to fired. Go ahead and get rid of Trembley, too. Bring in Cal Ripken in some capacity asap.

I would keep Crowley on board but I would get rid of Trembley and Samuel.

Why? Our offense has been terrible and our hitters seem to be regressing.

I dont think its his fault that the Orioles get so many first pitch out's. I think Trmebley has checked out and it shows by how the team is playing. Crowley turned Pie around late last season and he is off to a good start this season(excluding injuries). Let's see if he can get Atkins back to the 300 hitter he used to be.

Plus it should be known that the Orioles dont have a true power hitter nor are they trying to generate runs by stealing bases and playing small ball.

I wonder if Eddie Murray is interested in being a hitting coach.

That game was redonkulous. I watched some of the game around 3pm while I was the gym. Left, had dinner, watched the Caps game, and then I saw the game was still going on! I thought it was a double-header

Go Nats! They're playing hard which is all you can ask for

Certainly can't make the team any worse.

Re: Nat's and O's - 2010 MLB Season

Marlon Byrd just had a hell of a behind the back catch against the Nats, should show up on SC.. looked like he lost it in the sun, went to flip his hand to catch it.. fell right into his glove behind his back

at least the O's beat the Yanks last night

Yeah, Wigginton is the only one hitting for power so far this year.

Adam Jones is really living up to his profile picture from when he joined the team.

I used to root for the Orioles...Then Angelos bought them and proceeded to ruin a very good team. I now root for the Nats and right now they're sitting at 13-12. They need a couple of starters to add to their pitching corps. Their farm system looks tremendous. Rizzo is doing a good job.

Re: Nat's and O's - 2010 MLB Season

make that 14-12, good outing tonight

O's can score 7 and lose.. or like tonight.. only score 1

I think that the announcers said that we've been in 11 games decided by 1 run

Great job by Scott Olsen tonight, 7 1/3 innings of no-hit ball

Yeah, I fell asleep for a couple of innings and woke up in the 8th. If anything the Nats need stability as far as pitching goes, hopefully he can continue to provide it.

Good job by the O's getting the shutout tonight; first one in about a month I believe. Was asleep during the homer
