I think any new HC has to find their voice/style. And honestly if the guy is an x’s and o’s genius I could care less what his voice/style is. Pete Carrol and BB were two great HC’s and are completely different styles. |

I'd also pass. I can't recall recent success or anything being hailed as innovative or special in recent years from him

Great OC, terrible HC. The benefit of getting a guy like Reich is teams won't be beating down his door to hire him and maybe he won't want the headache of a HC job now that he's been burned twice. If we bring in a guy like Mark Brunell, he might only be available for a 1 or 2 before he gets hired away. I'd want Reich if we got a defensive minded HC like Mike Vrabel. Vrabels downfall is they never really developed a QB. Reich would be a big help in that area. If we go with an offensive guy, a younger guy like Brunell would be a better fit. |

Personally I'd ignore the top 2 on this list as I don't want either because they'd want too much control, plus I reckon they'll be in SD and Atl respectively next year. I'd also take Vrabel of the list (again control) and I'm not convinced with Morris' HC credentials. For me, I'd be happy with the rest of that list, preferably Johnson. Evero I'm not 100% on, but basically because he's not an offensive guy, and his D credentials are pretty sound. I wonder if Slowik is ready yet? Sometimes the meteoric risers can't sustain that success. But there's not denying what he's achieved so far. |

Re: Potential GM/HC/Coaches Thread
I chose Johnson…I really like the DC from Baltimore as well.
Vrable and Morris I’d have interest in as well. Slowick is first year OC. More seasoning imo
