I remember many of us saying he was a great pick after his rookie year, honestly I think many wanted him to be the player Sean was and obviously he wasn't. Still I agree should have went w revis

Re: Around the NFL...Offseason Style
I feel like if only Sean Taylor wasn't murdered, Landry's career could have been different...
I believe Portis, Moss, and Williams; that ST turned his life around because of his daughter. If Landry could have kept Taylor as a teammate, instead of a set of shoes impossible to fill... If Landry and Taylor could have stayed Area 51, one of the best (and the most feared) safety tandems in the NFL, instead of just Landry trying to play Cover 1 running sideline to sideline by himself... Yeah Landry's still the same guy with the same faults, but I think having Taylor around would have helped. Not that this is important compared to a life lost, just saying... Re: Around the NFL...Offseason Style
Yep, when LL was drafted I was pumped to see him play along side ST. That would have worked and been a great duo. That is why LL didn't work. He never had a great fs next to him. With those two side by side though it would have been a whole different ball game. ST could make a player like ll look that much better. I really think losing him had a long lasting effect on this organization and really we are just seeing the team come back now. He was a huge loss to our team and it's whole makeup. He made guys better on both sides of the ball with the way he approached the game.

Re: Around the NFL...Offseason Style
For those saying if ST was still around LL would have been better. I never knew ST was a doctor too? LL's biggest problem is his health. When he was fully health like in McNabb's first year here; LL tore it up until he got hurt.
