If he put that deep ball just a couple yards ahead Terry takes it to the house.. Got to hit on those

One thing I will say about 4 is that dude seems to be clutch on the GW Drives! That is not something you can teach, you either have it (Guys like TB , AR , RW etc) or you dont.

Having Logan and Curtis back was big, even with them being limited. I'm pretty excited to see them getting more involved as they get healthier.

TH is growing every week and I don't think it's a coincidence that we have seen a big difference in him at about the same time the defense started to play better.

It took half the season to get there, but what we have seen these past few weeks I think is what my expectations were entering the season: defense keeping them in games, and an offense grinding it out - putting up enough points to win most games.

Defense and a running game are always a QB's best friends.

Exactly. As long as WFT keeps playing good D and running the ball TH's short and medium passing will work and the team can make a run. TH's cant pass deep so there's no way WFT can be a big pass play offense.

Yeah this is the Skins football we expected when the season began. Lean on the D and the O grinds out 1st downs. We just need that occassional splash play and this is about as well as we can execute. Had a big chunk play on that 4th and 1 that got called back.

Heinike was making a lot of throws near the LOS (as designed and asked of him) but that 4th and 9 throw to Deandre Carter was so clutch.

Stat wise Heinike had a pedestrian game but he balled out, stats can be deceiving. Wilson was trash but had a good box score.

Heinicke is going to make it difficult for the coaches to figure out what to do in the offseason if he keeps it up throughout remaining of the season.

They have to draft a QB. The question is when.

This draft? No earlier than the 4th round. They really don't have to draft a QB - they do need to find a viable back-up though and that can be either the draft or a veteran. (I hear Fitzpatrick may be available).

WFT has their back-up in TH, they need a legit starter. I'd love to see them make a run at Russell Wilson. He'd do great in this system.

Re: Taylor Effing Heinicke

And I don’t see RR refraining from pursuing a QB out of sentimentality. Ask Ryan Kerrigan about that. RR is no Bellichick, who seems to delight in discarding his veteran players, but he wants to win, period.
