10 games and very little stability in his receiving corps. Seems like he is developing a good relationships with the receiving group and that has helped him get better too.

He plays a couple good games and all the other bad games are forgotten..lol. I'm rooting for him, at least he is fun to watch.

If he wins a SB like Foles I think we'd all take that.

All I know is TH is trending in the right direction, he's improving the more he plays. I don't think he changes the need for a long term solution here, but at the worst he gives us flexibility in the short term.

If he gets us to the playoffs this year and plays well again, I want him as QB1 next yr

We'd definitely take that but Foles was put in a great situation with a great team. TH isn't in that situation.

Re: Taylor Effing Heinicke

While I think this team has what it takes to make a run, every week I am anticipating a bad game by TH. Part of it is him, and the other part of it just comes from being a Redskins fan for so long. I think the key is going to be whether this defense can continue to improve so TH doesn't feel like he has to do too much. He's played pretty well the last couple games. I hope he can continue that. If he does, and the defense keeps getting better, this team is definitely in the mix in the NFC.

Ok he has w/out question played more than two good games but I really don't pay too much attention to QB rating stats. It's more of an eye test, it's more of can he QB carry an offense, can a QB put the ball in the end zone. I think those are things that we are still finding out.

TH belongs in the NFL. It just goes to show that drafting a QB is incredibly difficult and it involves some luck. Haskins went to a big school and was on TV every week. He was a really good college QB and has a big arm. He had all the measurables. TH went to a tiny school, went undrafted and has a average to below average arm. He's probably be a terrible combine guy. I don't think there isn't any question as to who the better player is.

As RR says, it’s about APE (attitude, preparation, effort). TH excels there; Haskins not so much.

Re: Taylor Effing Heinicke

He’s got one of the weakest arms in the league on passes 20 yards or more downfield but that doesn’t mean he can’t make those same throws.. it’s about timing

What stat or evidence of that is there? Seems like he is middle of the pack in that respect.
