Re: 49ERS PRE GAME THREAD
And Wentz will be injured within minutes of entering due to his lack of mobility.

Re: 49ERS PRE GAME THREAD
Scott Turner needs to make an adjustment - their d-line will feast if Heinicke is doing 5-7 step drops. He needs to do 3 step drops, get the ball out quick or bail out of the pocket. Bosa and co. will feast like Micah Parsons does otherwise.
More play action, more committed ground game, quick throws when it is a pass, settle for 5 yard gains if you have to - this is how we will put up enough points on offense. Defense is getting a favor with Garropollo and Deebo out, they need to handle it. One last thing - it's another red flag on Heinicke that he has essentially started almost 2 full seasons worth of games for Ron and Scott Turner and he hasn't shown much improvement in timing, footwork, reading receivers or anticipating throws. If he looks flat against the 49ers we might see a switch at halftime.

Re: 49ERS PRE GAME THREAD
Just use the short pass offense that the Giants used against us on the 96 yrd drive. If you want I can send the cliffnotes to Scott so he can just copy.

Re: 49ERS PRE GAME THREAD
I have zero problems with him being out having fun. Honestly the Skins have been persona non grata in town for a hot minute so its nice seeing them support and get cheered by fans at other venues in town.
I also can't knock TH's play. While he is obviously hold the team back he isn't supposed to be starting half the season either. My only gripe is he was drinking Bud Light and not beer.

Re: 49ERS PRE GAME THREAD
Yea he knows this spotlight is gonna shift .. he might as well enjoy the ride cause his starting days are close to over .. I’m not even sure about him being a backup .. think about it he has been running this offense for several years and still doesn’t see wide open players and forces everything ..I hope I’m wrong but he will get benched at SF

Re: 49ERS PRE GAME THREAD
The only way he's benched is if he really craps the bed and I don't see Turner allowing that. They don't let him throw that much

I do wish that people here would get off Taylor's case. We all know his ceiling is career back up and why. He's done well as a back up and we're still in the race, so he has done as much as we have a right to expect of him. Also, TH isn't the one who puts himself in the lineup. Ron should know that Taylor has done his job and that it is now time for Wentz to start. We'll need Wentz to go anywhere in the playoffs (if we get there) so it's time for Wentz, not TH, to step up, stop playing like he's scared, and get the f***ing job done. Wentz ought to be starting this game.
