I STILL remember that story about him getting hit with a beer bottle in Hawaii: "He just kept coming like Jason Vorhees man." He's one tough SOB. One of the few players I might FINALLY consider a jersey of with so few worthy over the years.

Feels good knowing we should have a very competitive team, barring any sort of devastating injuries of course.

Love this group -- hardworking, nose to the grindstone kind-of-guys all. Love it.

Hall & Williams are former 1st rounders.

Cousins - 4th
Paul - 6th
Compton - UFA

All original Redskins except Hall.

Real solid group.

There was a time when D -Hall caught so much flack. He has really matured into a leader on and off the field. Good for him.

Very interesting to go back and read through these predictions...and that a lot of people were pretty dead on with their predictions. No one saw Dallass having that kind of season, or the Giants either for that matter and who would have? My question is....when will the Redskins EVER overachieve and be better than most think again?

I had 9-7 on the OP...but way off for the rest of the division.

Best thing on this thread is the Trent pose. If we could just photoshop a blunt protruding from the mouf...

Re: What are the expectations for your Washington Redskins 2016-2017 season?

I'm glad I didn't post my prediction. I probably would have said something stupid like Super Bowl champs at 19-0! But, I think most everyone was pretty close with expectations. Even those saying 11-5, barring injuries. Well, we did have some injuries and there were games the Redskins should have one (the first Dallas game, the Cincy game, the Detroit game) that we lost at the last minute (but were leading) or tied. Those games would have given this team 11 wins, despite how poorly our defense was overall.

So, after having a week to reflect back, I would say this team is still on a trajectory heading upward. Fixing the defense and establishing a more consistent run game will go a long ways for this team.
