I want to clarify my quote of "the worst part is i'm happily married", what I should have said was, "i'm happily married, so it's not like i'm thinking about other women or i met someone new", etc... It means to me the dreams make no sense unless like others have said, it's so deep down subconscious that i'm not aware of it nor do i understand the message.

I did think about going to the doctor to deal with anxiety and not depression. I think we all have bouts of depression, but my anxiety a few months ago was far beyond normal. The strange thing is it really went away all on its own, but it makes me think that perhaps i need a medicine to regulate me or something, since the anxiety came on for no reason, persisted for a few months, and then left all on its own , keep in mind i've had no changes to anything work wise or home wise.... weird

I'm almost licensed to practice (have the degree, just haven't done the hours yet) and I can tell you that meds are only supposed to be used on people with severe anxiety and depression. If there's any chance of it being able to be regulated with professional help, that needs to be done first and meds need to be considered second. People (and doctors alike) nowadays are so quick to medicate or want to be medicated and in your case, it's really not necessary, especially if it went away on its own. Medication isn't cheap! Be thankful you're not on it.

People on meds tend to have had to deal with intrusive and severe or long standing underlying, undiagnosed symptoms that interrupt their day to day lives for many consecutive months or years.

I honestly think you should probably be talking to someone, just to improve your day to day quality of life and your overall life satisfaction in general.

you saw her somewhere and didn't consciously notice, your brain used her as a random character in your dream(s), and now you are applying greater meaning than it deserves.

Seriously - follow Joe Rogan's advice: Jerk off first, then think about it.

Whats up with saying"The worst part is i'm happily married"?
Why would you be upset that your happily married? If your happily married your just playing with fire approaching this girl
That's what I said. It would SEEM like a good idea but probably isn't.

I'm not for keeping secrets in a marriage but this situation is weird...he's dreaming about a woman who doesn't know it...keep it that way. He can't control his dreams but once he starts acting on them in real life...that's when he can be held accountable for his screw-ups.

Keep this situation and this woman to the time when you're sleeping and no one will get hurt.
