Re: Saints predictions anyone?
Seriously. Brees is gonna crap on our secondary. It's not even going to be close. Their patchwork secondary just shut down Tom Brady, Randy Moss, and Wes Welker. Anyone who things we'll win next week deserves a CHILD PLEASE.

Re: Saints predictions anyone?
Considering they can run or pass it on us and win, I'm less interested in the outcome and more interested to see how Grilliams tries to attack Campbell. And more to the point, does he have anything that Campbell hasn't already seen?
The defense always used to dominate the offense in practice when Williams was here, so I don't see why this would be any different, but I doubt he will do anything particularly shocking. He can win his one-on-ones at pretty much every position.

Re: Saints predictions anyone?
Redskins tend to play up to good opponents and down to bad ones. The Saints are more than good, they are REALLY good.
I think the Skins can hang with the Saints for a half. Beyond that, I just don't think they have the firepower to keep up - - unless the Saints are really deflated after their big win over the Pats. Saints 34 Skins 23

Re: Saints predictions anyone?
Sorry guys,
This is the game our D gets unmasked, and our O doesn't show. 41 - 3 Saints. They may even have a shut out, and the only reason it is that close is because Payton is classier than BB. I really hope I am wrong, but the Saints have only scored in the 20's 3 times. That's kinda like the Skins 2 times, except that where our 2 times are our season high, their 3 times are their season lows. We have never scored over 27, they have never scored under 24. I hope we upset them, but that is exactly what it would be. My guess is that the line on the game will have to be in the 14 to 17 point range. Last edited by CRedskinsRule; 12-01-2009 at 11:35 AM. |

Re: Saints predictions anyone?
Saints could be in for a little Monday night letdown.
That said, the Saints simply have too much and will find a way to win this one but I don't see a blowout. Saints 27 Skins 17 |

Re: Saints predictions anyone?
I think Matty was referring to the fact that the Saints just played on Monday night and thus have a short week.

Re: Saints predictions anyone?
I've been thinkin upset on this one for a while provided the Saints beat NE. Now that they have, this is their trap game & we click in all phases:
Skins 28-24. They did look great last night but I also thought Brady had maybe his worst game in 5-6 years. He missed some guys open & they threw so many looks at him that he looked almost like a rookie qb at times. The Saints can't play w/that energy 2 weeks in a row. JC & co. know the Grilliams D & while GW will be fired up to play us, our D will be fired up to show their old boss that they can still do it w/out him. |

Re: Saints predictions anyone?
I'm thinking that the Skins D might show up to play a little bit, but that really just means keeping the Saints under 40.
Saints 31 -17 And, btw, it's Sean Payton |
