Re: Kliff Kingsbury Thread
This is why I asked the question. One has to hope that Quinn had at least some say and that they he knows he can have a good working relationship with Kingsbury. If it's Peter's dictating the style then that doesn't set a good tone.

Re: Kliff Kingsbury Thread
Both coordinators were Quinn or he was the primary say in the room

Re: Kliff Kingsbury Thread
The new DC has to be from Quinn and the speed at which it happened after DQ signed his deal then KK backed out of the LV job would indicate DQ had him lined up for wherever he landed. I'm sure this was part of the interview process for DQ, its one of the major questions to ask when interviewing the HC candidates

Going to try to psyche myself into Caleb Williams in the event we trade up or Daniels somehow goes No. 1.

Looks like Schefty was trying to post this and the Kingsbury news at the same time, leading to this typo:

Just what we needed, another failed head coach.

Re: Kliff Kingsbury Thread
I wonder if Patriots fans said that when Belichick was hired. Or Chiefs fans with Andy Reid. Or Seahawks fans with Pete Carroll. There are many examples of guys who did far better in round 2. No guarantees of course - there are plenty of examples of guys who didn’t improve. But my point is that we can’t know whether DQ or KK will have more success here than in previous stints. I trust Peters to be a better judge of that than I am. And I’ll be cautiously optimistic until there’s reason to feel otherwise. Man, the last 25 years has done a number on us all. Effing Snyder. Stole the joy of football from us for decades and rode off with $6B. I hope his yacht sinks. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Re: Kliff Kingsbury Thread
This is a good read on Kliff's air raid scheme from the 2021 season.
https://weeklyspiral.com/2021/09/24/...izona-offense/ Has some good and some bad about the system he ran, I am sure it won't be the same as what we run. We don't have AJ Green, Hopkins or Zach Ertz. I would also assume he has learned from what hasn't worked.
