UPDATE: MICHIGAN COACH SHERRONE MOORE CRIES, CUSSES AFTER EMOTIONAL WIN OVER PENN STATE WITHOUT JIM HARBAUGH

The Harbaugh suspension is maybe the most ridiculous thing in college football which says a lot

Saw that. Super cringe.

That was absolutely a safety. What an embarrassment to not only miss it originally, but then also uphold the call. People should be fired for that.

Penix has elite arm talent. Some of the balls he threw today in bad windy weather was ridiculous.

FSU snubbed. Bama was so mediocre in the beginning of the year and I remember thinking they will somehow still be in the playoff. Go Washington.

Life's a motherfucker, then you die. That's the NCAA lesson for the FSU kids. I'm done watching college sports. Unless it's a FSU or SDSU game, I'm not watching. My mock drafts are going to suffer.

Re: College Football 2023

Yeah you cannot leave out a power 5 team that goes undefeated. Do I think FSU has a chance with their second/third string quarterback to beat any of those teams? Absolutely not. Georgia is going to beat them bad. But, they went undefeated and deserve at the very least a chance. The committee royally screwed up. I would have left Bama out because Washington and Michigan are undefeated and Texas beat Bama. Guess leaving an sec school out is against the rules.
Should have been Michigan, Washington, FSU, Texas.

The playoffs are the SEC Invitational.

They would have left us out even with Jordan Travis still playing. We were fucked as long as Texas and Bama finished w/ 1 loss. The fix was in. The QB getting hurt, just game them an easy scapegoat.

Here's what I'd like to know...if you are FSU...would you rather have been in the championship but get blown out 49-0 in the playoff game, or left out and go to a nice bowl game and compete and maybe even win that game.

It's not even a debate. You go get blown out playing for the whole enchilada with a smile on your face. And no one is blowing out FSU w/ that defense.

That's like saying would you rather win the NIT or go to the NCAA Tournament. I can't imagine any more than 1 out of every 1000 kids would say, let's go to the NIT.

I agree with you, heard someone else debating that so just thought I'd throw it out there. I definitely don't like that just because they THINK you're going to blown out, they don't want you in...just because another team lost. IF GA won, we wouldn't be having this discussion.

They were never letting FSU in. The only possible combo that would have allowed it was Texas losing and Alabama Losing.

Otherwise it was going to be Michigan/Washington/2 of the 3 of GA, TX, Bama for the final 2 spots.

Re: College Football 2023

I was just looking at bowl games. I don't understand how FSU is ranked 4th and left out of playoffs and Alabama is 5th but they get in to the Rose Bowl. What metrics do they use if ranking doesn't matter?
