We could show Redskins pride and get Dexter Manley for the job.

Eric De Costa would be awesome in my eyes.

DeCosta's not coming

Mark Arteaga is another guy who might be added to the staff

If the hire is Shanahan, I hope he brings Alex Gibb to coach the O-line. Theirs was a marriage made in heaven with Denver's devastating zone blocking that enabled many a back to rush for 1000 yards.

I'd love to see us go after Depaul. He's from Bowie, and got his start in the NFL with the Skins.

Lateral move? Can the Ravens block it, even if he wanted to come over?

From what I've been told, Williams is definetley qualified for the job. The guy knows how to find good football players and on top of that he appreciates what a great O-Line can do for a teams offense. Not saying that DeCosta doesn't appreciate the O-Line but it looks like he won't be coming here anyway.

Does that mean he doesn't run the 4th and 1 stretch play?

I came across this article earlier and Mr. Depaul speaks very highly of M.Brown. It tells what type of man Brown is. Brown worked under Depaul for seven years in Chicago.

"I'd work for Morocco any day of the week" Depaul says

This my first time posting a link hope it works.

A front-office rising star: Some say that the Redskins' Morocco Brown has the tools to be a general manager. | North America > United States from AllBusiness.com
