Re: Mlb 2015
Not a huge follower, but, from everything I've read, it seems to be an expected move.

Re: Mlb 2015
Crazy how you go from Manager of the Year to being fired the following year...lol

Brooks Robinson auctioning ALL of his memorabilia. A ton of game worn gloves, his 16 gold gloves, WS rings, etc. Everything. Even his original Normal Rockwell painting of him signing a ball for a kid in the stands. Probably the best painting ever painted. Doing it for his charity. If I can bid on something for 2k or less, I m going to pull the trigger. I have an autographed HOF stamped bat of his. He is only keeping his HOF ring.

Couple of thoughts on playoffs thus far: What's almost as good as an Orioles win? A Yankees loss especially when they get booed at home. Happy for Jake Arrietta. Wished we would've let him through that cutter while he was an O. Nonetheless he probably needed a change of scenery regardless. Away teams are 4-0 going into today. I think the Royals and Dodgers change that today. Looking forward to the Cubs-Cards game. Arguably the best rivalry in baseball that gets ignored. |

Ever since we had tillman, arrieta, matusz, britton (to some degree bergensen and berken) .. we just rotated them up and down in the minors. Now we are doing it with gausman. at least buck was doing it this year bc of roster spots and we successfully held onto rule 5 guy garcia, who could be a huge addition in 2 years. with chen gone, id stretch britton back to starter, let gausman stay the year no matter what.

Re: Mlb 2015
Let's go mets...Kershaw fell apart, i can't really blame Donnie baseball for pulling him. But de grom flat out out pitched the best pitcher of the last 5 years.
Ugh I'm so sick of the cardinals, boring team. Would love to see a Cubs vs mets ncls. In the al, I'm pulling for anybody not Texas. Eff the Rangers |

Re: Mlb 2015
Kershaw once again not getting it done in the postseason. Of course if the Dodgers could actually score a bit it might've helped.

Re: Mlb 2015
Brutal "slide" by Utley. If I was Howie Kendrick and Corey Seager I would be concerned.

Re: Mlb 2015
Agreed not sure how that wasn't deemed interference. I know Joe Torre came out and spoke about it but I haven't had a chance to watch/read it. I have a hard time believing he would say it was clean.

Re: Mlb 2015
Let's take a closer look at Jose Bautista's epic bat flip
Joey Bats is an ass. he pimps every home run he hits against the Os. especially oday. i think once, bautista hit a home run off oday, stared at it leaving then skipped sideways down the first base line making faces at oday. a blue jays v royals series is a match up of the 2 most bad sportsmanship teams in MLB. i honestly dont know who i want to lose more.

Re: Mlb 2015
OTM I was thinking the same thing. If the entire solar system got sucked up in a black hole prior to the start of the series I would not shed a tear. I still hold a grudge back to the Cito Gaston years.
