Don't worry, this guy will get a job with Northrop Grumman or some other military industrial complex company after he gets sacked. Oh as for Jorge Bush and President Hussein . . .

The Romans thought after Caligula things couldn't get any worse; then they got Nero.

Re: Gen. Stanley McChrystal

Apparently McCrystal has submitted his resignation. It's really a shame to see McChrystal go because I think he had a lot of good ideas in terms of building a relationship with locals in Afghanistan and was cognizant of the need to minimize civilian deaths.

The building relationships is not new in Afghanistan and he just probably has more man power now to make it easier.

No he will become the go to military guy on Fox News. At his rank he will have a sick retirement package and will not need to work.

And what a great relationship it was! You grow the opium and we'll protect you from the Taliban. Oh I'm sorry. We're making the world safe for Democracy!

Agree. And of all the people to do the story with....Rolling Stone.

Maybe his #2, David Rodriguez, will get the job and continue the same policies. McChrystal, as you indicate, has the right idea about building local relationships.

Karzai needs to go. Afghanis don't trust him and by extension they don't trust us. Karzai harms our military cause.

What does Bud Light lime, Mopeds, and fat chicks have in common.

He is worthless...hardly has any authority. Even worse, he was the point of contact between the Mujahideen and the CIA during the Soviet war in Afghanistan. You can't install leadership, it must be earned.
