Re: Redskins Vs Chargers Postgame
As a SD native, this was pretty much a playoff game for me.
I couldn't go another 4 years with a loss. I've never seen a special teams this bad. There are 5 teams that average more yard on kick off returns than our longest return all year. please put some speed back there. |

Re: Redskins Vs Chargers Postgame
Great win today. I'd split the game ball between Morris and Garçon. As usual it wasn't pretty but that's just how this team is. The chances of winning go up when we run more than we pass. And Kyle.. quit giving away Alfred's td's!
And Wisenhunt and McCoy..WTF were you guys thinking? Terrible play calling! |

Goal-line stand might have saved season - Washington Redskins Blog - ESPN
A hell of a goal line stand indeed.

Re: Redskins Vs Chargers Postgame
Great win. Biggest shock of the game for me is after Amerson's very athletic pick of Rivers he goes on to get smoked like a Virginia Slim by an old blue haired woman (Keenan Allen) to allow the Chargers to keep the game interesting at the end. I hope Wilson isn't out long. Amerson's play troubled me.

That being said - the Chargers throwing twice from the one has got to be two of thee worst playcalls I have ever seen. We shit the bed at the end of that game. The run stuff was great, but the two throws were just bad decisions. Ill take the win. Almo is just awesome. Garcon had a bigtime game. Griff looked sharp throwing it. Im just as up in the air about the product we have on the field as ive been all year. I think Bucket said in the gameday thread that we are either really close to being a good team or really close to being a horrible one. Exactly how i feel. I think a slaughtering of the Vikes would go a long way twards me ranking us in the good column. |

I really like how Alfred Morris has worked on his moves in the open field. Doesn't happen often, but he's making defenders miss more this year.
