Re: Around the NFL Week 9

The thing I like about Dalton is he's not afraid to keep slinging it even when he's having an off game. That 3rd INT wasn't on him but the pick 6 was definitely bad ball placement.

A lot of you that say Dalton isn't a franchise QB have to high expectations. Hes been really good for the Bengals outside a few games.

I don't get the comments downplaying his arm-strength in particular, he seems to be able to make all the throws and have no problem gunning for the deep receiver.

Re: Around the NFL Week 9

well, since coaches love to compare football games to war (which makes no sense... at all), I'd just like to point out that when this happens in the military, people get demoted or fired.

In fairness, that would happen in most work places where an employee is harassing or interfering with another employee's ability to perform.

I mean, as usual, it is a balancing, on one hand "C'mon man, suck it up - he's just messing with you" v. "Dude, that's way over the top." It's sounds to me like Incognito & company entered into the "Dude - not cool man, not cool" zone. Also, this is apparently something that has been going on for some time.

Wow. So big news for the Broncos. Of course, first of all I wish John Fox total health. But now a huge opportunity for Jack Del Rio

Jets with the big win against a playoff team like the Saints. Carolina destroys Atlanta. And a big f*ck you to Minny for not pulling the win.
