Re: Skins vs Falcons Game Day Thread
So the NFL has held him down his whole career? If he was as good as AS, he'd be starting for a team by now.

The Colt McCoy fanclub so loyal. Lets give Alex at least a full season here.

Re: Skins vs Falcons Game Day Thread
It's not that I think Alex is horrible. He's not. He's what we thought he would be. That said, I think we could get the same kind of production (or lack) from McCoy without spending all those resources we did.

Re: Skins vs Falcons Game Day Thread
This is just Alex Smith's first year in the system....he's not really regressing and he's not progressing either....is he a stop gap? Colt McCoy is a veteran backup and nothing more....I would like the Redskins front office to invest a 2nd or 3rd round pick in Buffalo Bulls young QB Tyree Jackson and have him learn under Smith and McCoy.

If Todd Bowles gets fired this offseason, I would call his ass to be our DC.

Skins vs Falcons Game Day Thread
I’ve said it 10000 times. We should have kept Cousins and McVay. Now we have this garbage.
Where’s the guy who kept saying 5-2, yup!......Like I said, and I’ll go quote me posts. Just because we were 5-2 doesn’t mean we don’t have a problem at QB. Alex Smith cannot shoulder the load, and cannot win a shoot out. This is the third one we’ve been in (Colts and Saints the other two), and he can’t sling it. Sometimes our defense will have a bad day, and we need to put points up. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
