What we do know is that he committed suicide by cop and he also took a cop with him. The barrier that he rammed has been a manned post since long before Trump left office so I doubt it was an extra detail due to the insurrection.

Certainly an increased security since the insurrection. That being said maybe you are right maybe those cops are always at that spot. I dont know. I'm just not drawing conclusions when we don't have the whole story.

All we got is a dead cop, a dead suspect, and an injured cop. A car rammed into a security gate designed to keep cars out. Maybe you can infer the guy on the stretcher is the suspect? Beyond that we don't know anything yet. Maybe he was just some anti-LEO guy who had a death wish and wanted to take one or more with him. The only thing I do know is it's a shitty situation.
