Yeah he did. And drinking during the game isn't a bad thing, but when you're drinking so hard that you are having a hard time paying attention to the game, well that's when you should stop or at least slow down.

The short field he gave the Cards was a mistake, but let's point out all the other mistakes that went down in the game too if we're gonna go that route.
Thank you. I think some fans just find a player they don't like and constantly point out their faults and ignore other players on the team who might have been just as much at fault or worse for close games or losses.

I have a co-worker who can't get any closer to Becks jock. Beck, Beck, Beck. When talking about Grossman it's.... "Your boy almost cost us the game", "Your boy threw 2 interceptions", "Your boy barely won the game."

I take it for what it is.... fans love to hate someone on the team.

Wow, I'm glad the public internet wasn't around back when Mark Mosley was kicking for the Redskins.

When Gano kicked the ball outta bounds to start the half is when I sped my drinking up. I think everyone got a really bad feeling, sho nuff they were in the endzone several plays later.

Yeah the D Hall comment was an easy read. Like Bob Dylan says "I had to let ya pass"

No joke. The Super Bowl teams of the early 80's would have been hammered all around. "Mosley missed! Cut him!" "Riggins is not a breakaway threat. We need a new back." "Theismann will never win games in this league. Let's trade for David Woodley!" etc etc

Man I hear that, when it went out of bounds I just got this bad feeling. I knew from the domination of the 1st half they were going to make adjustments and since it was a close game I had a feeling like I knew which way the game was going to go. But hey, these aren't the Redskins of yesteryear

Re: Graham Gano has to Go !!

I was a bit of a Gano hater... UNTIL THEY CHANGED THE KICKOFF RULES.

I think you guys are underestimating the value he brings by booting the ball thru the endzone EVERY kickoff (when they're in bounds). You know how nice it is to take a lead and not have to worry about a heartbreaking KO return right back in our face?? It's HUGE.

The tradeoff is he'll likely miss 1 FG every game. I've come to accept it, so should you.

Like to see him bring it together this season, probably his last here if he doesnt. Im pulling for and want this guy to play consistently.

I would call Chauncy Stucky a scapegoat if he is blamed for the cards loss, I really wouldnt call guys who keep making mistakes scapegoats.
As for the out-of-bound kickoff that allowed the Cardinals to open the second half on the 40-yard line, Gano took full responsibility. It was a directional kick aimed at the corner of the field, and Gano wasn’t helped by the wind at his back.

“That’s on me,” he said. “I got to keep the ball in play. ...I hit the ball well, just didn’t put it where it should’ve been.”

It wasn't brought up to argue any points about D. Hall other than, why is it one that makes mistakes and plays, is a hero, but the another guy on the team that does the same thing, and he's a goat that should be cut.

D. Hall - Makes plays - gets burned = Hero

Gano - Makes GW field goals - misses field goals = Goat and should be cut.

I don't quite get that logic.

Re: Graham Gano has to Go !!

I think he's being sarcastic. I hope.

That's the second game in a row thought that someone other than Gano has let us down on a field goal. That field goal is the difference.
