What's the difference between Greek and Italian?

My buddy and his wife just put olive oil and vinegar on their salads. Don't even buy dressing.

I need to start using olive oil more, that stuff is good for you.

Can't have a wedge salad without blue cheese though

Difference between Greek and Italian? Many but underlying similarities much like their food in general. I like Italian woman, but prefer Greek food.

You should be using olive oil to cook with 90% of the time, it’s better for you. Only time I don’t is if I’m cooking seafood then it’s peanut/canola.

Good cal Matty with the wedge…yeah I like blue cheese cause of the punch it pacts, but it’s heavy.

I love salad and veggies in general. I’ve gotten lazy and buy the bag chopped now cause I like the crunch. But to be a salad baller, my foundation is Romaine..it’s the perfect blend of crunch/leafy.

I will usually do the dressing on the side and just dip as I go. Not a fan of salad drowning in dressing.

Green goddess deserves a tasty mention.

Re: Food Vices

People are insane for In-N-Out mediocre hamburgers.

2:30 in the afternoon on a weekday, and there is a line 20-30 cars deep. These people are insane. All that work for fast food.

Note - I wasn't going there, it's in the same shopping center as where I was actually going.

Pepper jack cheese.

I can mow through a 10 pack slice of those like they're potato chips.

Cheese in general is great. Getting a half pound block of cheddar or pepper jack and slicing it while drinking an IPA is relaxing. You want to go a lil uppty, over at the specialty cheese area of your store…grab some aged manchego, stuff is ridiculous.

Super Bowl weekend my girlfriend mom made fried cheese curds? Fucking crack

Honey mangos.

Got these at Costco and theyre really good. Not fibery like regular mangoes, sweeter taste.

March is the begging of honey mango season apparently.

I'm such a boring fruit eater. Not a fan of "exotic" fruits. Don't like mangos, kiwis, pineapples, etc.

Favorite fruit is probably strawberries. But nothing beats a really good cantaloupe imo. But good ones are hard to find.

Re: Food Vices

Made maple syrup on Monday. Turned out well. Marinated some kielbasa on Monday night with it. Pancakes and sausage on Tuesday. I tapped a black walnut and this weekend I am going to make a batch of maple-walnut syrup.
