Re: Plaxico out of jail; on the radar of two teams according to Rosenhaus
No. Unless we're keeping 8 we do not need to add any more to the potential roster.
If we re-sign Moss, we're set not only for this year, but looking great for the future if a couple of the draft picks can work out for us. My picks for making the team: S. Moss A. Armstrong L. Hankerson T. Austin B. Banks N. Paul or A. Robinson with the other one going to PS Not on roster Opening Day: M. Kelly T. Johnson R. Williams M. Price

Re: Plaxico out of jail; on the radar of two teams according to Rosenhaus
I don't get why people would want to sign Plaxico Burress after two years away, but think Santana Moss should walk.
Not saying anyone specifically, but in places I frequent, that seems to be the sentiment. Washington has an obsession with tall receivers... |

The fans maybe, but certainly not the team. We never have productive tall receivers.

Funny thing is, Vinny finally gave them what they wanted and drafted two of the tallest receivers in the 2008 draft, and neither of them have turned into anything. Talk about a case of "be careful what you wish for"... |

It is not in Mike Shanahan's history to sign expensive big name FA WR's. So I would say we will not be interested. Shanahan's history is finding diamond in the rough WR's and RB's, not big name,

Re: Plaxico out of jail; on the radar of two teams according to Rosenhaus
I'm not sure how legitimate it is that there are two teams genuinely interested in Plax. But Rosenhaus has to say two so any team thinks they're competing with at least one other.
I don't know, but I don't think he's really on our radar. I think it's the Eagles or Rams, with the Ravens a distant possibility

I like it that there's some competition at WR & Kelly is such an x factor. I don't think Plax is at all right for this team.

Re: Plaxico out of jail; on the radar of two teams according to Rosenhaus
After the trend in the draft picks this season, questionable guys like Plaxico are a longshot to coming here. Plus, we have a ton of guys already trying to compete for a spot at WR.

Big redzone threat, several Eagles have publicly and not as publicly voiced support for him. And he would stay in the NFC East, which I really don't know how much that matters to Plax

IMHO.....I think it's a team in Fla...any team,it's home and he won't need to register his new gun in 2 states.

If we're going to break the bank we'd be better off doing it with Jenkins, Franklin, and Joesph. And it seems that only two of them are going to be available.
