I don't know about you, but hope they replace Rabach this coming season. He gets beaten too much by average DT or blitzers whiff by him as if he wasn't there on the line.

The spirit of togetherness is good to see. When the dust clears they at least know who the coach is going to be. What an awkward moment this would be had it been Shanahan's first year with the team.

I'm glad that Cooley was out there. Dude hates practicing, camps, etc but he's showing why he deserves to be a leader.

That's some good stuff. Hopefully they have some more and they can get even more guys to come out.

Great start !

Re: Redskins Players Hold Mini-Camp

This is nice to see but in reality it's more for show then anything especially considering that between the draft and free agency a pretty big % of the 2011 Redskins are not even Redskins yet. Everyday without a CBA is another nail in the coffin of the 2011 Redskins...but I do commend these guys that showed up at this thing.

Re: Redskins Players Hold Mini-Camp

One of the reasons the 1987 Redskins won the SB during the strike season was team unity. While teams like the Cowboys and 49ers had stars crossing the picket lines, the Redskins stuck together as a team without crossing and the rest is history. Cowboys had 7 picket line crossers and look what the replacements did.

My all time favorite Redskin team. What a strange crazy season that was.

Re: Redskins Players Hold Mini-Camp

Impressive. London even bought the equipment with his own money so they wouldn't have to "illegally" use team gear. It was like a pick-up game, but with Fletcher in charge, I know it was intense and organized at the same time. Man is a leader.

Great to see Banks there, which likely means he's recovered.

We should all be very optimistic for 2011.
