Re: Thoughts on Halls New contract with SKINS
his talent doesn't match it. it's about 50% too much money... but hey, that's what we do.
here's my projected breakdown: Code:
year 1 2 3 4 5 6 SB 3.75 3.75 3.75 3.75 3.75 0.00 salary 2.50 3.25 4.23 5.50 7.14 9.28 |

Re: Thoughts on Halls New contract with SKINS
oh yeah, technically we can still have 14-15mill free, so a 35mill SB 100mill 6 year deal for AH is still possible, though I don't think it'd be super wise, just because we wouldn't have any money left for other issues (if i were tampa, i'd have no problem with the deal, since they have lots of money to fix other things too). our cap situation just kinda sucks for free agency upgrades.

Re: Thoughts on Halls New contract with SKINS
My thinking is in general everyone is getting overpaid (damn you Tommy Kelly) and it's getting harder and harder to get a good bargain so I'm ok with it.

Re: Thoughts on Halls New contract with SKINS
Happy to have him back. The money is what it is...every top player gets overpaid in free agency the past few years.

I think we were just too hyped up because of free agency.

Re: Thoughts on Halls New contract with SKINS
I think Hall is ok but way to much money and it keeps us from other needs. Wish Hall tock less to help the team get a DT and maybe a OLB. Unless we can stop the East from running on us Hall dose little to win the divison!

Re: Thoughts on Halls New contract with SKINS
Keeping Hall and signing Canty & Dockery would be pretty sucessful to me. Apparently, that'swhat Cerrato's trying to do.
