If he is stripped of GM status and we replace OC,DC and special teams then I would be okay. However it seems like a toxic situation at this point and few teams can succeed in that.

Ideally: Snyder sells the team to a good owner.

Dreaming: A good GM is hired, this mess gets fixed over the next couple seasons better than I could postulate.

Wouldn't mind: Haslett and Burns gone. Mike and Kyle And Bob and the rest of the organization all become BFFs.

What I expect: Shanny and Co. gone, the hope and usual mediocrity of the Snyder era follows.

I could care less. I want this team to stop being an utter embarrassment. Losing is one thing, losing while setting a new low (weekly) in terms of incompetence is killing my enthusiasm as a fan of football.

I would be okay if Shanahan is retained because 7 million is a lot of money. Hire Kubiak as Assistant Head Coach/ QB coach. Then I would that they hire Ken Norton Jr. to implement a version of the Seattle defense.

However what is more likely to happen if Hass leaves be prepared for Slowick or Morris to take over. In that scenario, I hope it is Morris and we move Slowick to Defensive backs coach with Darrell Green as an assistant DB coach. Maybe make London Fletcher as a the Linebackers coach

How anyone can defend Shanahan at this point is beyond me. A dancing monkey is a better head coach.

Re: Just a question for the Redskins diehard faithful....

Shanahan has picked these players and picked these coaches. He has not made good choices. The coaching seems to be lacking in many areas. If he is here with new coordinators then I wouldn't trust him to choose well. We need to move on from him with a younger coach who can grow and bring a long awaited stability to the team. The offensive coordinator from Seattle would be a good choice He has done well developing Wilson. He likes to run the football. He comes from a winning program. There is never guarantee of success but I think that would bring hope back here. It would help to renew my interests. I am through with this crew.

He and Kyle built a good offense. We just need RG3 healthy.
