I don't think so. Not at this time anyways.

I do think RG3 can still run circles around Jared Allen or any Vikings "front 7" defender, though.

Yeah everyone questions him, but people must forget he ran this way after tearing his ACL in college. If he can come back then, I believe he can now. He's a work-a-holic physical specimen type like AP.

Re: Minnesota Game -- Predictions

What better game for RG3 to show people he's still got that speed than against Minnesota?

(Edit: Didn't realize that had already been posted, due to Monkeydad's GIF not loading for me.)

Re: Minnesota Game -- Predictions

Key to this game is to not let AP run wild on us and playing well on special teams. The Vikings have ruturned some kicks for TD's this year. If the offense can continue to play like last week, I don't see us losing. We need back to back weeks of consistent offsenive production. If we do, I think we win 30-20.

Skins- 34
Vikes - 10

Almo- 27 carries / 109 yards / 3 td's
Griff - 19 for 26 / 277 yards / 1 td
Skins win the turnover battle and our D eats Ponder alive with 5 sacks.
AP - 17 carries for 56 yards and they are trying to play catch up all nite thru the air.

Re: Minnesota Game -- Predictions

We really miss Crawford on special teams.

I still think we should bring up Williams from the practice squad and start developing him in to our returner/ scat WR.

Even when Moss returned that kick last week. He showed quickness that Morgan doesn't have. It really worries me that Morgan is our best option at this time. I always though special teams was the heart of any team and ours is really poor.

You have to remember the most important thing about returning KO or PR is good hands you've got to secure the ball.

Re: Minnesota Game -- Predictions

I think our passing game takes a step forward on Thursday. Minnesota knows they have to respect the run, and will load up the box to stop the new found running success.

Skins will move RG3 around the pocket on designed bootlegs and manage to hit a few deep shots. I'm pretty comfortable that this will be a dominant win. We may put up 35 and give up some junk towards the end.
