Re: Washington 2024 Predictions
Not enough on the roster yet at the very important positions of CB, DE, T, and WR behind Terry. Love where we’re headed though, Jayden will mask the problems at T and WR due to mobility. He can’t help the defense though. 6-11

Our d lacked effective coaching last year, especially in the secondary. That's not the case this year. The players will be matched up properly and will win the battles via scheme more often than last year. Sent from my SM-S711U using Tapatalk |

Re: Washington 2024 Predictions
8-9, optimistically 9-8. I think Quinn will make a difference to the D so middling teams like the Giants aren't going to run all over us again. But we don't have the pass rush and corners to go toe to toe with the better passing teams like the Eagles and Cowboys. 3-3 in the division is doable, but we'll probably lose 5 against the better opposition.

We're a bad team until proven otherwise...

Re: Washington 2024 Predictions
RR isn't here anymore. That's worth 2 more wins.
Upgrade at QB is worth 2 more wins. Overall upgrades on both sides give us 2 more. Barring any significant injuries, I'm optimistic we can get to 10-7 with wins over NYG, ARI, CLE, CAR, CHI, PIT, PHI, DAL, TEN, and NO. |

Re: Washington 2024 Predictions
We’re in that middle tier of teams that could go 7-10 or 10-7 with some luck
I’d lean more toward 7 wins, but if JD balls out 10 is definitely possible Regardless of the W/L I think we’ll be a much more competent and competitive team overall |

I just don't want to be picking in the top ten again.

Re: Washington 2024 Predictions
I think it will be around 7-10 also but with a lot of those 10 losses being very close. I worry that this secondary will give up a lot of big plays. Dallas's defense did and they had way better corners than this team does. Jayden and the offense will have their hands full trying to keep up with the scoring which will make for some exciting games for a change.

Re: Washington 2024 Predictions
We were a badly coached talent deficient team. the owner, gm, coaches and 2/3rds of the players that built and made up that team are gone. We have no idea what type of team this is, so I say we are a good team until proven otherwise.

Add to that, dodgy corners, o-line and edge rushers and it's enough to stop me from being optimistic for this season. Hope you're right though.

Re: Washington 2024 Predictions
I think 7 wins is realistic.
They will probably finish 3rd in the NFC East. I don't expect much from our edge rushers or secondary. That will be a work in progress. Same with our passing attack. Eagles are stacked. Cowboys have enough playmakers. Giants are going to depend on Danny Dimes to shoulder the load, LOL. |

Re: Washington 2024 Predictions
New staff, a ton of roster turnover, rookie QB, those reasons alone are enough to come into this season not feeling great about things.
If JD has a RG3 type of impact we could be in for a fun season. But remember, even in RG3's rookie year we were 3-6 before going on a big run. |
