Starting to get a weird opening scene to American Pie vibe here.

I can't cook much but the one thing that I think I can make pretty well involves this stuff. I basically just tried to copy the Thai Peanut Saute from Noodles & Co. but at this point I like mine more.
I start out with some grilled chicken, seasoned with garlic, pepper, season-all, lemon, & lime juice. Then I make some whole wheat pasta, steamed broccoli, carrots, green beans, and I recently started adding a little bit of spinach.
Then top everything off with this peanut sauce, a little soy sauce, and a few sprinkles of Old Bay.
Its spicy and pretty filling. I think I could eat it every night.

Based on this post, I bought a bottle the other day to go with this awesome Thai Yellow Curry my wife makes, and this stuff blows any store-bought peanut sauce out of the water. Thanks AMD.

Kind of funny to think how that can double as a murder weapon for some people.

I, like others, love the cock (rooster) sauce. Delicious on about everything.

When it comes to iPods, you CAN use Winamp to sync songs/etc. I refuse to install itunes. Terrible product.

Nice, good thinking on hot sauce. Everyone already knows about it, but how about Frank's Red Hot on pizza?! Best stuff ever.

Ever since I discovered Cholula, it's the only hot sauce I choose to use

Frank's is ok but I like a little more heat. I've always been a big Tabasco guy.

I'm not into Hot Wings and sauce, but my wife, son and lots of folks swear by it. If you want to use the same sauce as many of the Navy Spec Ops guys, try it out. My wife and I know the owners, good people.

Never heard of the place I'll have to give it a try next time I'm down at the beach. How is your business going SS? I still want to stop in for lunch one day but it seems every time I'm in the area its early mooring.

Lendy's is in the shooping center at the corner of Dam Neck and General Booth, near the Food Lion. If you like wings, you'll enjoy it.

I sold the pizza business at the end of Dec. It was too much trying to run that and do my "day" job. With the poor economy for the restaurant business and losing money out the back door by the employees, it wasn't worth it.

Re: Pimp That Product

I just discovered it about a month ago but it has changed my life.

Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce.

The BEST hot sauce ever. It has a nice kick but unlike most hot sauces, it has an awesome chili-smokey FLAVOR in addition to the heat. In fact, since I have picked up a bottle of this, all of my other hot sauces have been neglected. I've tried it on everything. It's amazing on pizza and hot dogs. I've put it on burgers, scrambled eggs, pasta, chicken, etc. Even taking plain, white rice and stirring in some of this makes some tasty rice...no other seasonings needed. I've heard of people putting it in oatmeal...I'll have to try that.

Get some rooster sauce. You'll thank me.
