Re: Day 2 thread: rounds 2-3
I think its exactly backwards. We have Trent on the left side and if we put Scherff on the left side also then teams would overload the right side of the line because that's a much weaker spot. Instead Trent and whatever guard we get is a better combination and so is Sheeff and Moses, so you have two strong sides and it's harder for the defenses to overload one side or the other. Now if this 3rd round tackle can outplay Moses then that would be great and maybe you could put Scherff and the new tackle together and have a dominant right side along with a solid guy in the center. They still have to figure out the guard position on the left hand side though I do agree about that.

Not autistic. Just had a gap in knowledge. I assumed left side overall was more important since that’s the qbs blind side. DJ kindly shared an article where Ross tucker broke it down. Knowledge gap closed - does that mean autism was just cured? Lol

Re: Day 2 thread: rounds 2-3
Good shot 3 decent CB's tomorrow. Hill, Nelson, Averett. Then there's Hurst, but we don't need him at dt. Crosby is a RT but might be converable to G, but that may be iffy. I really think one of those 3 CB's should be the choice if available after 9 picks.

Re: Day 2 thread: rounds 2-3
I was just suggesting since he’s so good, why isn’t he playing left guard? Put someone less talented on the right.

Re: Day 2 thread: rounds 2-3
Maybe if he's more fluent on the right side you want one of the best players to play where he's more efficient?

Re: Day 2 thread: rounds 2-3
RG is a more important position and it helps to balance out the line so defenses cant overload to one side
