Re: Ron Rivera

I think anyone who comes here to be the head coach is in over their head, and he has taken on a lot more than that. I'm sure it's all wearing on him, and being 2-4 certainly doesn't help.

Re: Ron Rivera

The only thing that could change our future is a new owner. We’ve seen everything fail. There is no savior that can work with Snyder.

All Snyder needs to do to be able to fire Rivera & Co. is to take less out of the business for himself. He already owns the grandest estate in the state of Virginia, a huge, luxurious yacht, personal aircraft and many other extremely expensive things.

I don't know, maybe the writer knows what he's talking about. Snyder may have already taken on so much personal debt that it's no longer possible for him to fix the on-field product. I hope the other owners vote him out.

He would never do that. I don't know the deal for the 400 million loan he took out to buy out minority owners but paying that back and maintaining his lifestyle might be enough on his plate?

Re: Ron Rivera

In theory I agree, but I heard the cost if he is fired is too much for the organization to pay and then pay a new coach. They can obviously do it financially it is not that dire but it is another financial burden in an organization rife with them.

Re: Ron Rivera

I don't think Ron would get canned no matter what the record is this year.

I do think however he could step down if he's just fed up with this shit.

Re: Ron Rivera

I feel like three straight seasons with a losing record, with the team regressing in year three, is enough for him not to be back, whether he is fired or resigns.
