Not at all. Clausen >>> any qb in the 2011 draft.
Haynesworth < 6th round pick
Davis < 4th round pick.

I don't know man. Clausen looked horrible. I think Gabbert is better. To tell u the truth I think Andy Dalton is the best qb in the draft. Quinn in the first. Dalton in the 2nd. I'd be really happy with that

Re: 2011 NFL Mock Draft thread.

I'd take Locker but Dalton is my 2nd choice

The NFL Draft Overview on Dalton:

Dalton is four-year starter and proven winner, but he will have a difficult transition to the NFL. He is undersized and will not be able to take off and run at the next level. He is generally an accurate passer, however he will make some poor throws when his mechanics break down. Also, he plays in a very user friendly scheme where he throws to a lot of wide open receivers and it is unclear if he can fit the ball into tight windows. Dalton will need some time to learn a more complicated offense and he looks to be a mid-round pick.

Cmpare to the overall general consensus of the other QB's expecting to be considered in this years draft.

The NFL Draft Overview on Kaepernick:

Kaepernick is a four-year starter and proven winner, and he will not have a difficult transition to the NFL. He has prototypical quarterback size at 6'6" and can take off and run at the next level. He is generally an accurate passer, however his windup is a bit long but he still gets the ball out extremely quick and has a howitzer for an arm. Kaepernick has undergone tests to prove he has tiger blood and all he knows is winning. He was recently quoted as saying. "You can't process me with a normal brain. Most of the time-and this includes naps-I'm an F-18, bro, and I will destroy you in the air and deploy my ordnance to the ground. Boom! WINNING!!!" Kaepernick will fit into any system already conceived in the NFL and is projected to break every quarterback record that exists as a first year starter. Any team who does not do anything short of prison shanking another team to force a trade to the #1 overall pick to draft Kaepernick are losers.

Compare to the overall general consensus of the other QB's expecting to be considered in this years draft.

Yeah totally made it up. Why should SolidSnake get all the fun today? Was going to say trade for Cam, but I didn't want it to be too believable.

Totally serious about Young though. They are verrrry interested

Quick Q for u SS, assuming we do bring in VY does that mean he's the guy for the next 5 years? Or do we still draft a Locker-Ponder-Dalton still? What do u think?

Re: 2011 NFL Mock Draft thread.

I mean I guess I'm willing to give him a shot, provided we aren't giving up anything for him and I'd still line us to draft a QB

I think Shanny can use VY as a Jake Plummer here, Id bring him in for cheap I mean why not? He's better than Rex right?
