Tuck's neck injury is not something he or the Giants seem willing to fight through. Won't risk entire season for one game.

Re: Redskins vs. Giants pre-game thread

Giants have won 6 straight 9-10 by an AVG of 14 Points per victory

I'll just be glad when we end this damn streak

Re: Redskins vs. Giants pre-game thread

It will take more than this year to end the abysmal record against the Giants.

It took us more than a year to finally end the Cowboys ownage of us in the late and early 90s.

I am not saying that their franchise has not taken a step back this year or that I do not think we can't win. BUT for us to turn the tides of this series it will take more than one year and more than one win. The Cowboys owned us until Gibbs came back. After a few years of us either sweeping or splitting with them it is finally not a forgone conclusion that when we play there can be a case made for either team to win no matter what the records of either team.

I feel like we have already clobbered em. Playing the game on sunday is really just a formality for us to get the official "win". I feel bad for people with tickets to the game because its not even really going to be a competition where the outcome is up for debate.

if the giants aren't hooked up to life support right now, they def will be after the game. We should go and donate a bunch of blood to the local bank. they are gonna need it.

I am truly thinking that this will be a blow out. My credibility is now tied to it.

I don't care about any game other than the current game.

It just wont stop for the Jints. Tuck is questionable for Sunday's game so that's 2 of their starting DE's that could be out.

I cannot for the life of me, understand the completely unfounded and irrational love-affair with the New York Giants, this year.

They won a SB a few years ago.....and now they are "can't miss."

Awesome!

Has anyone in the media [not that I really give a squirt] even stopped to look at the possibility that the Giants right now are just not very good? It happens....I've seen teams that would have been SB contenders had they been healthy, completely miss the playoffs due to injury and/or other bad luck.

Even people who are picking the Skins have us barley scraping by with a last second field goal that bounces off the the upright five times ala the infamous "magic bullet" of conspiracy, whack-job yore.

For Christ sake....are we really that bad that we can't beat a team that should be hooked up to life support?

Seriously.....
